Who we are

We’re a local remodeling team focused on practical, high-quality work that improves how a space looks, functions, and holds up over time. From full kitchen and bathroom remodels to flooring, drywall, and finish carpentry, we take pride in doing the job the right way and paying attention to the details that make a project come together.

Along with working directly with homeowners, we also partner with real estate investors to renovate and prepare properties for sale or rental. We understand the importance of balancing quality, budget, and timelines, and we approach every project with that same mindset.

Our goal is simple: deliver solid craftsmanship, communicate clearly throughout the process, and leave every project better than we found it.

Our process

  1. Initial Inquiry

    You can contact us by your preferred method with a brief description of your needs. We will respond as quickly as possible, usually by phone.

  2. Phone Call

    In our call, we will discuss your project idea, location, and timeline. If we find your project to be a good fit for our team, we will arrange a walkthrough with our Project Manager.

  3. Walkthrough

    We generally request that you attend the walkthrough in person with the Project Manager, who will take measurements and photos, and discuss the specifics of the proposed project. The Project Manager will take their time explaining the logistics of your project while you point out design choices.

  4. Initial Proposal

    You will receive a detailed estimate via email within 48 hours. You can approve the estimate online for efficiency. If you need clarification, we will be happy to provide it.

  5. Proposal Approved

    Once we reach the approved estimate, we will begin drafting a contract for services. This contract will outline payment terms, the project timeline, information about materials, and more.

  6. Contract Signed

    With the signed contract, your spot on our calendar is secured. At this point, we will provide a materials list, if applicable. We will stay in close contact as your start date approaches.
